Develop Fabric in VietnamI recommend Kotiti if you want to develop fabric from scratch. I am working with them to develop a hoodie fabric that is 45% cotton, 45% polyester, 5% spandex @ 220 GSM. Double Jersey. The key is that one face be only cotton and the other face can only be polyester. I need polyester on one side for sublimation printing and I want only cotton on the other side for a nice handfeel against the skin. Not sure if Kotiti can pull it off but am going to work with their circular knitting technicians to get the best result possible. If you need help developing fabric in Vietnam then let's talk. Get Samples Made in VietnamIf you are doing what I call ultra-small quantity - 1 to 1,000 pieces - (small qty starts at 1,000 π ) then most factories will not make samples for free. Don't fret, Vietnam has many pattern, marker and sample making service companies that will make samples for you. The one I use is Toan Tran. You do need to speak Vietnamese (or use earbud translators) and the develop time line will take 2 weeks but it can be done at a very fair price. I can take you there and guide you.
